|To send the Benefit Loss Imminent email template:|
Open a Client Card and select the Add Activity option.
|Select "Email & Document Request."|
|You may select the email template from the drop down, "Benefit Loss Imminent," to use that email template.|
|Then, enter a Subject and click on Add Activity to send the email.|
