You can view the status of documents in the Client Card.  


To view the status of a document, login to the Portal and go to the My Clients tab. Once there, type the company name of the Client into the "Search All Clients" option to search for the Client.
Documents can be viewed under each service, by clicking on the circle of the proper service, i.e. the circle with CC for Credit Card or CS for Cost Segregation. 
Documents that are not yet uploaded have an "arrow" icon next to them and appear in black text.  Documents that have been uploaded will show as a red link and have a "flag" icon next to them.  Once they are reviewed and verified by Team Leader or National Account Manager, they have a "checkmark" icon next to them. 


The trigger to move a Client forward once a document has been verified, is to book a follow up call.
